The Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary is open to relatives of veterans who would be or would have been eligible for the VFW. Membership is open to relationships including spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, or sibling. Note that this is no longer a Ladies Auxiliary as men have been eligible for several years.
